Terms & Conditions — kk3e Platform Agreement

Welcome to kk3e (referred to hereinafter as "kk3e", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). kk3e operates as an English-language online betting and live casino information platform serving users in Pakistan and other jurisdictions where access is not prohibited by applicable law. Our principal website is accessible at https://kk3e.cam/.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and kk3e. They govern your access to, and use of, all content, features, tools and services available through the kk3e platform, including but not limited to betting guides, game category information, responsible gambling resources, promotional information and associated communications.

kk3e is an independent information and guidance platform. It is not a licensed gambling operator, and it does not directly operate any casino, sportsbook or real-money wagering facility. Where kk3e references or describes gambling platforms, operators, payment methods (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) or sporting events (including Pakistan cricket, PSL and ICC tournaments), this is provided as general informational context only and does not constitute an endorsement, affiliation, partnership or regulatory approval.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

By accessing or using any part of the kk3e Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 4 of this Agreement.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing your use of the Platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Your continued access to kk3e constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the current version of these Terms and any subsequent amendments as notified.

To access certain features of the kk3e Platform, including but not limited to account registration, promotional information and personalised content, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be a minimum of 18 years of age, or the higher minimum required by your applicable operator or license jurisdiction, at the time of registration and at all times during your continued use of the Platform.
• Jurisdiction: You must reside in or access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling information services are not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify your local laws before proceeding.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into legally binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform at any time. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and kept up to date. You must notify kk3e promptly of any material changes to your registered details.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order from any gambling operator or regulatory authority at the time of registration or during continued use.

kk3e reserves the right to request verification of any eligibility criterion at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed or where information provided is found to be materially inaccurate.

Where account registration is available on the Platform, you agree to the following obligations:

• You will provide true, accurate, current and complete information as required by any registration form.
• You will maintain and promptly update your registration data to keep it accurate and current.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account password and login credentials.
• You will not share your account credentials with any other person or permit any third party to access your account.
• You will notify kk3e immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account or any security breach.
• kk3e shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above security obligations.

All account-related data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. Users in Pakistan should be aware that KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required by operators before account functionality is fully activated.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, kk3e grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for lawful personal purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license or otherwise exploit any Platform Content without prior written consent from kk3e.
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on Platform Content.
• Use any automated tools, bots, scrapers or data-mining processes to extract Platform Content.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform without express written authorisation.
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose or for any public display, whether commercial or non-commercial, without written consent.

All information provided on the kk3e Platform — including betting guides, game category descriptions, payment method references, odds explanations and promotional overviews — is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal or gambling advice. kk3e makes no representation that the information provided is current, complete or accurate at any given time and accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of Platform Content.

Users of the kk3e Platform are expressly prohibited from engaging in any of the following:

• Accessing the Platform in violation of any applicable law, regulation or these Terms.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or harmful purpose.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely representing your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases or associated systems.
• Introducing any virus, trojan, worm, spyware, malware or other harmful or disruptive code to the Platform.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Harvesting or collecting personally identifiable information from other users of the Platform without their consent.
• Using the Platform to transmit unsolicited commercial communications ("spam").
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any technical protection or access control measures on the Platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime in connection with Platform use.

Violation of these prohibited conduct provisions may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, reporting to law enforcement authorities where required, and civil or criminal legal action where applicable.

kk3e is an information platform and does not directly process financial transactions. The following provisions apply to the extent that kk3e provides informational guidance on deposits, withdrawals or payment methods:

• All financial transactions — including deposits and withdrawals in PKR or any other currency — are conducted directly between the User and the relevant operator or payment service provider.
• kk3e provides references to payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah as informational context only. No endorsement of gambling is implied, and no guarantee is made that these methods are available or permitted for any specific transaction.
• Users must verify applicable fees, processing times, minimum and maximum transaction limits, KYC requirements and terms directly with the operator's live cashier before initiating any transaction.
• Cryptocurrency payments (BTC, USDT and others) may be referenced as informational examples. Their availability, legality and terms depend on operator rules and applicable law in your jurisdiction.
• kk3e accepts no responsibility for transaction failures, delays, reversals or disputes arising between a User and any operator or payment provider.

Where kk3e describes bonuses, welcome offers, reload promotions, VIP tiers, birthday rewards or referral credits, the following applies:

• All bonus descriptions and PKR amounts (e.g. PKR 2,000, PKR 5,000, PKR 25,000) presented on the Platform are for illustrative purposes only unless explicitly confirmed as live operator offers.
• Wagering requirements, eligibility criteria, contribution percentages, minimum odds restrictions, time limits and withdrawal conditions vary by operator and promotion. Users must read the full applicable terms directly with the operator before claiming any offer.
• kk3e does not guarantee the continued availability of any described bonus or promotion. Operators may modify, suspend or withdraw promotional offers at any time without notice.

All Content on the kk3e Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of kk3e or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws including copyright, trademark and design rights.

The kk3e name, logo and associated marks are proprietary to kk3e. You may not use any kk3e marks in any way that is likely to cause confusion, or in any manner that disparages or discredits kk3e, without express prior written consent.

The licence granted in Clause 6 does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Any unauthorised use of Platform Content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kk3e hereby disclaims all warranties — express, implied or statutory — including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

kk3e does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free at all times.
• Any information on the Platform is accurate, complete, current or reliable for any specific purpose.
• Any defects or errors in the Platform will be corrected within any specific timeframe.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, kk3e shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Content — including but not limited to gambling losses, financial losses, data loss or reputational harm — even if kk3e has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kk3e is incorporated or principally operated, as updated from time to time.

Users in Pakistan acknowledge that:

• Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and potentially other applicable provincial or federal legislation.
• The legal status of accessing online gambling information or participating in online gambling depends on the specific laws applicable to the User's location and circumstances.
• kk3e does not provide legal advice. Users should seek independent legal advice if they are uncertain about the legality of their activities under Pakistani or other applicable law.
• kk3e does not claim any approval, license, authorisation or endorsement from the Government of Pakistan, PTA, State Bank of Pakistan, any Pakistani provincial authority or any Pakistani sports body including PCB, PSL or ICC.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts identified in kk3e's governing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents kk3e from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

kk3e reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, except where notice is required by applicable law. The most current version of the Terms will always be posted on this page with the effective date indicated in the header.

Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their account, or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting us at the details provided in Clause 15.

kk3e also reserves the right at any time to modify, suspend or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof, with or without notice, and shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension or discontinuation.
